Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in physical therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors, masters or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy.
• Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and interprets findings; develops treatment goals and plans; initiates discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families; reassesses progress and documents patient management.
• Participates in clinical research activities and education programs; supports departmental projects and staff development.
• Instructs patient education classes and serves as clinical instructor when needed; can manage complex patients independently.
