Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager for the outerwear category, based at our Richmond HQ. You will drive seasonal strategies, lead cross‑functional teams, and manage PLM data to ensure accurate assortment plans and successful go‑to‑market launches globally.

You will collaborate with Design, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to align priorities and optimize revenue across Wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce in a hybrid role.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of experience working with data and systems.
• 2-4 years of work experience in product line management, preferably with Outerwear or technical apparel.
• Strong attention to details and a stickler for accuracy.
• Ability to multi‑task, organize, and have excellent time management.
• 3-5 years of experience with Merchandising is preferred but not required.
• PLM or other product management systems preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and drive the execution of the product line vision across the Go‑to‑Market process.
• Oversee seasonal line planning, assortment maintenance, and data integrity in PLM systems.
• Support marketplace strategy and alignment with US and global channels (Wholesale, DTC, eCommerce).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, Finance, Planning, and Manufacturing to align priorities.
• Ensure timely communication of changes and updates to cross‑functional teams and systems.
