The Senior Product Designer (Outerwear) at Catalyst Brands leads the end-to-end development of outerwear categories, ensuring on-time delivery within cost and quality targets. The role spans Women’s & Men’s outerwear with a focus on the lifestyle market, supporting both DTC and Wholesale channels from concept through production.

Candidates typically have 5–8+ years in apparel product development, strong skills in PDM/PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Clo 3D, and expert garment construction

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience in apparel product development and design.
• Proficient knowledge of PDM/PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and understanding of 3D Clo
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and materials

Aufgaben

• Manage product development from concept through production readiness.
• Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs (including sketches, construction notes, and fabric/trim details) in PLM, CADs & Line Sheets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to ensure cohesive execution from concept to final product.
• Manage library of fabrics, trims, artwork/graphics and CADs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to achieve cost and margin targets.
• Track development timelines.
• Drive value engineering to optimize cost, quality, and speed.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed to advance the design team’s objectives.
