What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead manufacturing systems projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects including requirements definition and implementation
2. Document project requests including benefits, costs, estimated timelines, and stakeholders
3. Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop project schedules and monitor project success
4. Create process documentation such as functional design documents, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures
5. Build effective working relationships within the Manufacturing Systems team and other IT areas

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. BS degree or equivalent related work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Management
2. 5-7 years of related work experience in Manufacturing/Operational Technology
3. Proven record of successful project management for small to medium-sized projects
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Experience with OT architecture, Ignition DAQ concepts, and project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience in poultry, beef, or pork operations and/or the food and beverage industry
2. Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) & NIST 800-82
3. Background in Ignition, PLC, and SCADA systems
4. Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple teams
5. Knowledge of industrial control systems programming and architecture
