Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston seeks a Senior Systems Administrator for Plant Technology. You will oversee Telecom Systems (PAGA, CCTV, Access Control, Radio, RFID) and Server Infrastructure to ensure readiness for operations.

The role collaborates with the VG Project Management Team, EPC vendors, and IT disciplines, supporting installation, upgrades, commissioning, and OT security. Travel to current and future VG LNG sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in OT and Telecom system design, build, commissioning, and operations.
• Proficient in at least 3 domains (PAGA, CCTV, Access Control, Radio, Firewalls, Level-3 Network and Server Infrastructure, Virtualization and OT Security) with demonstrated accomplishments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with EPC, Telecom and ICSS vendors to deploy and validate systems.
• Participate in break/fix activities for IT and Telecom Systems.
• Assist in installation and upgrade activities.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Network, Cybersecurity, PM and Plant Technology Apps.
• Support VG Project, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning efforts.
• Travel to VG LNG sites or corporate locations as needed.
