Avangrid is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee complex OT and grid modernization projects. The role collaborates across Connecticut, Maine, and New York with IT, Operations Smart Grids, and other groups to deliver on-time and within budget.

The candidate will manage scope, technical requirements, budgets, and vendor engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance and lessons learned from each project. This position is based on-site in Augusta, ME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience leading technical cross-functional teams.
• Experience with procurement processes including RFPs and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of complex projects end-to-end from development through deployment and close-out.
• Leads cross-functional team development of project scope, technical requirements, plans, and close-out documentation.
• Measures and tracks project plans, risks, and milestones.
