Future Cloud Technologies is seeking a Senior OT Operations Support Manager to lead OT infrastructure across pharmaceutical facilities in a freelance B2B capacity. You will oversee MES/SCADA systems, drive uptime, and ensure GMP/GxP compliance.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation, and Digital Transformation teams, you will champion cyber security, patch management, and continuous improvement to support critical production processes.

Formación

• 8–10 years of OT operations in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience leading OT support teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11.
• Strong incident resolution and RCA skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage OT systems for pharma manufacturing.
• Ensure high availability of MES, SCADA, PLC, and automation systems.
• Lead incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams.
• Manage OT system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.
