Qualifications

• 5+ years in OT environments
• Deep knowledge of OT systems, networks, architectures, and cybersecurity concepts
• Understanding of ICS including PLCs/RTUs/SCADA/HMIs
• Ability to translate complex findings into practical recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analyses
• Develop practical recommendations for system hardening and network segmentation
• Mentor junior staff and review technical deliverables
• Communicate findings clearly to engineers, IT staff, and executives
