Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or similar engineering field.
• Rockwell Logix Programmer certification desired.
• 7+ years OT Controls systems engineering experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley hardware: PLC, PanelView HMIs, Servo Drives.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley software: RSLogix, FactoryTalk Studio.
• Experience with Wonderware, InSQL Historian, Archestra IDE, DA servers.
• Knowledge of GE Proficy packages; Fix32, iFix, Proficy Historian preferred.
• TCP/IP networking and Microsoft SQL Server familiarity.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GAMP5) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall technical assistance for JHS-Spokane OT equipment controls systems.
• Supports OT Controls projects including expansion, upgrades, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Trains maintenance controls technicians in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Supports contract manufacturing teams with process development and deviation investigations.
• Develops detailed specs and RFQs for A&E firms, contractors or equipment manufacturers.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal project management guidelines.
