Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience performing OSP fiber engineering for federal, DoD, or large-scale technical infrastructure programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading fiber design, complex routing development, installation management, or advanced fiber testing ensuring systems meet mission and performance requirements.
• Experience directing OSP fiber activities across multi-site, mission-critical environments with various stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Designs and supports outside-plant fiber infrastructure layouts, routing, installation, and testing to meet mission requirements.
• Mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PWS C.5.2, C.5.4, H.11, L.6.1.1, M.7.3.
