Job summary

Frontier in Sumter, SC is seeking an Administrator Construction Manager to oversee OSP construction activities performed by Frontier contractors. This role ensures contractor work meets design specs, quality standards, and budget constraints.

You will coordinate with state/local authorities and other utilities, and collaborate closely with the Construction Supervisor and OSP Engineer. Overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSP construction standards and practices.
• Knowledge of OSP unit descriptions and SSP contracts.
• Knowledge of state, local, and company safety standards.
• Minimum five years of combined Outside Plant construction and splicing experience.
• Willing to work overtime, be on-call for nights/weekends, and travel overnight; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSP construction activities performed by Frontier contractors.
• Ensure contractor work meets design, quality standards, and budget.
• Coordinate with municipalities and other utilities or departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Contract Administration, ISP Engineering/COE, and Project Management.
• Support sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory as needed.
