Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support routine and SAP/compartmented projects. The role emphasizes OSINT collection on foreign sources, creating collection plans, drafting OSIRs, and ensuring reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years as an intelligence analyst in DoD/IC, 2+ years in OSINT/PAI, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, with strong briefing skills and language proficiency as

Qualifications

Min 6 years of intelligence analyst experience in DoD or IC.
Min 2 years OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting; prior SO support preferred.
Strong proficiency with all-source intelligence tools and OSINT repositories.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT collection on foreign sources using MAS and OSINT tools to identify patterns.
Create collection plans and OSIRs; support OSINT analytic production.
Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and provide language-based insights.
Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.
