General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role involves conducting advanced collection, PED, reporting and targeting using public and commercial data sources, interfacing with the Intelligence Community to produce assessments supporting special operations and HUMINT, and fusing information for multi-intelligence evaluations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD/IC: 8+ years.
• 3+ years OSINT/PAI exploitation supporting special operations/HUMINT lead development.
• Two years of digital signature reduction experience.
• Advanced proficiency with all-source intelligence tools, databases, repositories, and OSINT methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced collection, PED, reporting and targeting using public and commercial data sources.
• Interface with the IC to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
• Fuse public and commercial information for multi-intelligence assessments.
