Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data and maintains records.
• Provides patient support respecting emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities and rooming patients.
• Coordinates nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
• Coordinates requests of physicians and office staff regarding patient activities and needs.
• Supply ordering and staffing assistance as needed.
