Job summary

Texas Orthopedics is seeking an experienced Research Coordinator to support orthopedic clinical studies in Dallas. This in-person role focuses on coordinating studies, maintaining registries, and supporting analysis, publication, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAS and Excel skills, plus experience with REDCap, AJRR, PearlDiver or similar registries, and familiarity with EHR systems. Full-time, on-site position in a hospital-affiliated clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Professional experience coordinating clinical research studies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAS and advanced Excel functionality.
• Experience with REDCap or similar data-management systems.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and large registries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orthopedic clinical research studies from start to finish.
• Develop protocols, workflows, CRFs, and data-collection tools.
• Identify and enroll eligible participants; manage consent processes.
• Schedule visits, track timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries for investigators.
