Qualifications

• Two years experience as orthopedic technician; one year experience in casting/bracing.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nursing staff with casts, splints, traction, and related devices.
• Educate patients on proper care of casts, splints, dressings, and wound care.
• Assist in Radiology department to develop film and escort patients to/from exam rooms.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy in patient care and documentation.
