Job summary

Booz Allen seeks an Operations Research Systems Analyst, Senior, to support AI governance and provide data-driven intelligence for government clients. You will analyze AI system testing, develop queries from diverse sources, and build assessments with decision analytics techniques.

Strong leadership and mentoring are expected. The role requires DoW/IC experience, TS/SCI clearance (polygraph preferred), and a degree with extensive OR analytics background.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoW or IC required.
• Ability to analyze, report, and develop recommendations and assessments on data related to operational metrics.
• Ability to develop decision support tools and models using operations research principles.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Data Science, Operations Research, or Engineering, and 8+ years of experience solving operational challenges and analytic problems by designing, developing, and applying decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, or modeling and simulation or 12+ years of experience solving operational challenges and analytic problems by designing, developing, and applying decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques, or modeling and simulation in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Help your client understand testing and evaluation of AI systems.
• Explore data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources.
• Validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for AI assurance.
• Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure and mentor junior analysts.
