Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development and/or effectiveness, industrial psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, effectiveness, or design, providing consultation to leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience partnering with supply chain, distribution, logistics, or operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic organizational development consultation and executive advisement to support long-term business objectives through design, implementation, and evaluation of solutions across organizational design, change management, leadership development, team effectiveness, and talent initiatives.
• Designs and delivers organizational development interventions to enable strategic and transformational change across complex business segments.
• Conducts data-driven analysis to anticipate organizational needs and communicates insights to leadership.
• Works with Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Talent Management to drive organizational design and restructuring for large-scale transformations.
• Performs comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to identify root causes of performance challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Provides executive coaching, facilitation, and whole-system analysis aligned with enterprise strategy and core values.
• Directs teams in Pulse Check Survey design, administration, and interpretation of results.
