Job summary

Shimano North America Holding, Inc. is hiring an Order Selector Supervisor to manage daily workflow in the Distribution Center in Irvine. You will supervise order selectors, drive picking accuracy, and ensure on-time shipments while controlling labor costs and inventory accuracy.

The role requires warehouse leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and WMS systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred; weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse leadership and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and process control skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with WMS/AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order selector staff and training; manage performance reviews.
• Oversee picking operations, zones, and safety; ensure accuracy and throughput.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with other departments.
