Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline by Mar 2027.
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering/Pharmaceutical Sciences with minimum 5 years industrial experience.
• Proven ability to independently design and execute complex experiments and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with team members of different skill sets and backgrounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative approaches for product development, design experiments and interpret data.
• Evaluate new technologies and deploy them to pipeline assets.
• Collaborate across functional areas to drive results in formulation development.
• Execute DoE-based formulation and process development for new chemical entities or lifecycle opportunities.
• Coordinate development activities with process chemistry, preformulation, analytical, and characterization groups.
• Outsource/coordinate formulation development or clinical manufacturing at CDMOs.
• Facilitate manufacturing, packaging, and release of clinical supplies for studies and scale-up activities.
• Share knowledge through patents, presentations, and reports.
• Stay aware of current technologies and share with the team.
