Job summary

Kforce is seeking an Oracle WebCenter Content Developer in Houston, TX to design, configure, and support WebCenter Content environments (12c) with RIDC integrations. You will also work on Forms Recognition and Capture 12c, migrations, and ECM metadata workflows.

The role requires strong SQL and Oracle DB knowledge, plus experience with enterprise content management concepts. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential for production stability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent) experience with configurations and customizations.
• 2-3+ years of Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c experience.
• Experience migrating content from legacy repositories into WebCenter Content.
• Strong SQL skills and solid Oracle Database knowledge.
• Deep understanding of ECM: metadata, taxonomies, workflows, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and support Oracle WebCenter Content 12c, including RIDC integrations.
• Support WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c applications.
• Gather requirements, create specifications, and deliver content management solutions.
• Manage profiles, metadata, security, workflows, rules, and content in WebCenter Content.
• Perform batch loads, migrations, and system updates.
• Assist accounts payable users with invoice processing in WFR and Capture.
• Participate in change management, SOX compliance, and production support.
• Track deliverables and provide status reports to management.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve production issues.
