Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle database development and SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience developing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursors, and complex queries.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning.
• Experience analyzing SQL execution plans and resolving performance issues.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling.
• Experience with Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle database solutions and applications.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and complex SQL queries.
• Perform SQL query optimization, execution-plan analysis, indexing, and database performance tuning.
• Develop database objects, schemas, tables, views, materialized views, and stored procedures.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
• Troubleshoot database issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Support data integration and ETL processes across enterprise systems.
• Work with development teams to improve application and database performance.
• Participate in database design, data modeling, and application architecture discussions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and database standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development and database best practices.
• Support production deployments, releases, and incident resolution as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
