Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice supports national consulting teams in planning, delivering and managing large, complex Oracle SaaS/ERP implementations, with emphasis on architecture, integration and project governance.

As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects, collaborate with clients, coach teams, and drive quality. Travel 60-80% may be required.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years experience in SCM/Finance app implementations as Technical Lead/Development Lead or EAI lead, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• 2–3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations focusing on modules like Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, and Procurement.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
• Proven use of Oracle methodologies (OUM/AIM) and strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of a work schedule.
