Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager within Application Design and Development to lead delivery of Oracle SCM/ERP projects, guiding architecture, data flows, and integrations across multi-vendor landscapes. This role involves engaging clients, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring quality outcomes with travel as needed.

You will oversee teams, contribute to solution design, and drive successful project execution within EY's hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years relevant experience with SCM/Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar.
• 2–3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations.
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP is preferred.
• Proven integration tools experience (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Boomi).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Oracle SCM/ERP projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Architect data flow, migration, and integration across multi-vendor environments.
• Engage with clients, manage workstreams, and travel as needed.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and on-time project execution.
