Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Houston, TX to support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite across Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, Cost Management, and Supplier Management.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Systems Analysis or functional analysis
• Experience with ERP and Supply Chain applications
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specs
• Experience supporting ERP implementations and testing
• Knowledge of SOX/compliance controls and data integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate needs into specs and data requirements
• Act as senior BSA for Oracle Fusion SCM & Oracle EBS across procurement, inventory, receiving, cost, and supplier management
• Evaluate options and advise on scalable system and process improvements
• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing with test artifacts
• Lead data-conversion activities including mapping and data quality resolution
• Ensure transaction accuracy and alignment with business requirements
