Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Houston, TX office. The role supports Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite across Procurement, Inventory, Receiving, Cost, and Supplier Management.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-controlled solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and business performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across IT and business teams.
Experience planning and executing testing, data conversion, and reporting deliverables.
Experience leading or coordinating ERP implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and requirements sessions with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and implementation partners.
Serve as the senior business systems analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
Evaluate solution options, recommend scalable system and process improvements, and advise on risks and controls.
Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; manage defects.
