Job summary

Global Applications Solution is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management. The candidate will lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing, and will manage cross-module integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – Order Management.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and order orchestration.
• Experience with integrations to Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management.
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
• Configure order management rules, orchestration processes, and fulfillment workflows.
• Integrate Order Management with Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead functional workshops, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data migration.
• Provide functional leadership, resolve complex issues, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.
