Job summary

Avenue 45 is seeking a Principal Functional Analyst for Oracle Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Performance Management to lead strategic direction, solution delivery, and ongoing optimization of Fusion S2P and EPM capabilities. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to design, implement, and support scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, workshops, UAT, data governance, and platform optimization, with on-site work in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP applications experience with cross-functional integrations.
• 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud apps; Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience required.
• Experience with FCCS, ePBCS, ARCS, MDM and reporting tracks.
• Cert in Oracle Cloud Payables/Procurement/EPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for Oracle Fusion S2P and EPM across modules.
• Define business process cycles and cross-module interfaces & integrations.
• Build system solutions using CEMLI, configurations and extensions.
• Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders and manage UATs.
• Coordinate deployments, data governance, and security compliance.
• Monitor platform operations, licenses, and performance optimization.
• Drive SDLC deliverables and ensure scalable, repeatable implementations.
• Assess quarterly releases and ensure timely upgrades.
