Jobgether in the United States is seeking an experienced Oracle Primavera P6 Lead Consultant to deliver and optimize enterprise project planning and scheduling solutions within an Oracle Cloud environment.

You will lead or support implementations, configure Primavera P6, and help customers improve project controls, resource planning, and schedule forecasting, aligning project schedules with financial planning and procurement. Remote-friendly with on-site travel as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, WBS, critical path, baselines, resource planning, and project controls.
• Experience with complex, project-driven organizations in industries like construction, E&C, utilities, manufacturing.
• Understanding of project cost management, budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support Primavera P6 implementations, configurations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Configure project structures, WBS, activities, dependencies, calendars, resources, and baselines.
• Develop and maintain schedules, critical path analyses, resource-loaded plans, forecasts, and schedule performance reports.
• Support earned value management, progress measurement, change control, and cost/schedule variance analysis.
• Gather business requirements through workshops and translate needs into functional solutions.
• Define and support integration requirements between Primavera P6 and Oracle Fusion Cloud apps.
• Collaborate with teams to set data flows, integration architecture, and system responsibilities for schedules, budgets, and costs.
• Support testing, data validation, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Align scheduling with financial planning, procurement, and resource requirements.
