Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI) is seeking a Sr. PL/SQL Developer to lead end-to-end database and software development for critical national geographic data systems. Responsibilities include analysis, data modeling, and hands-on PL/SQL engineering.

The role requires 10+ years of software development experience, 5+ years of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, and the ability to obtain federal background clearance. Flexible/remote work is available with on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Ability to obtain federal background check/suitability clearance.
Experience with relational database design and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software development life cycle activities.
Design, develop, test, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL database applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
Create detailed test cases and perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
Evaluate and integrate APIs and tools for system interoperability.
Troubleshoot defects and implement continuous improvements.
