Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise database solutions supporting high-volume transactional systems and regulatory reporting. Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience developing enterprise Oracle database solutions.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL including packages, stored procedures, functions, cursors, triggers, collections, exceptions, and dynamic SQL.
• Advanced SQL development with complex joins, CTEs, analytics functions, window functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c, 19c, or newer environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Develop highly optimized SQL queries for large transactional and analytical databases.
• Design scalable database schemas, indexing strategies, partitioning, and performance tuning.
• Build ETL processes and data movement components for enterprise data.
• Develop batch jobs and automated database workflows for business-critical operations.
• Analyze execution plans and optimize performance for high-volume systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to optimize database access and API integrations.
• Implement database security, auditing, and RBAC.
• Prepare database migration scripts and deployment packages.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve data integrity problems.
