Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 13 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle database development and strong experience in COBOL and mainframe technologies . The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, including legacy system modernization and integration between COBOL/Mainframe and Oracle-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries for high-performance database applications.
• Analyze and resolve database performance and production issues.
• Work extensively with COBOL programs and Mainframe applications.
• Support and enhance legacy COBOL applications and integrate them with modern Oracle-based systems.
• Participate in data migration, ETL, and system modernization projects.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when required.
