Job summary

TruStage’s Preplanning Solutions team is seeking an experienced OIPA Developer to support a large Oracle OIPA policy administration implementation. You will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and shape the OIPA solution across multiple streams.

The role requires expert analysis and design capabilities, mentoring for other staff, and leadership through the SDLC. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 5–7 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle OIPA policy administration and related systems.
• Experience designing and implementing complex application logic across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into robust OIPA-based solutions.
• Design, code, test, and debug modules within the OIPA/PAS environment.
• collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and lead by example on SDLC best practices.
• Resolve production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
