Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to design, build/configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions across federal agencies including DoD, US Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and IHS. The Federal Consulting team shapes electronic health records for service members, veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

Qualifications

At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
At least 2 years HCIT consulting, HCIT support and/or client-facing IT experience.
5+ years in relevant functional or technical roles with Oracle Health Track product knowledge.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders.
Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
Mitigate solution risks and issues.
Execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
Lead client meetings and events.
Drive internal team initiatives.
