Job summary

IT-Strat seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Architect to lead enterprise integration between Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud ERP for DoD-scale asset and financial processes.

You will drive roadmaps, design strategies, and secure, auditable data flows across USSGL/ATM and A2R implementations, including integration with external logistics systems.

The role requires DoD-standard governance, Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps leadership, and strong communication to support audit readiness and program success.

Qualifications

• U.S. Government SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance eligibility.
• 10+ years of systems engineering and software development experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS R12 or higher.
• Hands-on experience transforming Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience implementing Oracle Accounting Hub (OAH).
• Forward-thinking to align with Oracle EBS trends in roadmap development.
• Certification from a recognized technical authority.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory) or similar ERP systems and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering for USSGL/ATM and A2R across Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Define and oversee integration architecture of asset data flows between logistics and financial systems.
• Ensure asset lifecycle traceability from Acquisition to Capitalization to Depreciation.
• Lead design and implementation of Global Capitalization Interface and automation for bulk capitalization.
• Drive reduction of manual processes, misstatements and timing delays in asset accounting.
• Guide development teams on integration patterns, data validation and DevSecOps adoption.
