Job summary

Telamon in Carmel, IN seeks a Senior Oracle ERP Business Analyst to lead business process design during enterprise ERP implementations. You will translate complex business requirements into Oracle configurations and define future-state processes across modules.

You will partner with IT and business leaders, manage multi‑module integrations, and drive adoption with rigorous requirements analysis and change leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business analyst in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 3 years Oracle ERP implementation experience across multiple modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, etc.).
• Strong ability translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with process modeling and change management.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate business requirements across Oracle ERP modules.
• Translate business needs into Oracle configuration specifications.
• Lead gap‑fit analysis to decide configuration vs customization.
• Design future‑state processes aligned with Oracle standard functionality.
• Manage cross‑module data flow and integrations.
• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and IT partners.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during testing and deployment.
• Support post‑go‑live adoption and process refinement.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.
