We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Professional to drive end-to-end Enterprise Performance Management solutions for our clients. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise across core Oracle EPM Cloud modules with strategic solution architecture and project leadership to deliver scalable financial transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Leadership: Design, architect, and deliver robust Oracle EPM solutions; lead client-facing engagements, project timelines, and delivery teams.
• Financial Close & Reporting: Architect and implement Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Narrative Reporting to streamline financial closes, management reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Account Reconciliations: Deploy and optimize Account Reconciliation (ARCS) to automate high-volume reconciliation workflows, ensure compliance, and mitigate financial risk.
• Master Data Management: Oversee enterprise data governance, hierarchy management, and cross-system integration using EDMCS / Enterprise Data Management.
• Advisory & Advisory Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and finance leadership on EPM best practices, roadmap planning, and system optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on implementation and leadership experience within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.
• Core Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in FCCS, Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and EDMCS.
• Architectural Mastery: Strong background in EPM Solution Architecture, financial modeling, data integration (Data Management/ODI), and metadata governance.
• Leadership: Proven track record leading multi-functional project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering projects on time and budget.
