Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Oracle EPM Manager specializing in FCCS to lead transformation engagements for Controllership and Treasury. You will drive cloud FCCS implementations, manage requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing and deployment while mentoring team members.

The role requires 6+ years in consulting, hands-on FCCS experience, and travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree is required, and immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm.
• Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle FCCS implementations, including FCCS or ARCS.
• Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules.
• Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or defined workstreams within larger Finance Transformation projects focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into designs and plans.
• Oversee delivery across configuration, rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization of FCCS cloud implementations.
• Develop and present recommendations and project updates based on analysis and discussions.
• Support proposal development and mentor practitioners across engagement delivery.
• Provide clear guidance to teammates.
