Job summary

Deloitte is hiring an Oracle EPM Manager for the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team. You will lead FCCS implementations, work with CFOs and finance leaders, and deliver cloud-based EPM solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include guiding engagements, gathering requirements, and overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment while mentoring junior staff. Travel up to 50% is required; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and extensive consulting experience in finance transformations.
• 6+ years of consulting experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Experience completing at least 2 full life cycle cloud Oracle EPM implementations including FCCS or ARCS.
• Experience writing Oracle EPM business rules.
• Experience supporting technology implementation methodologies.
• Travel up to 50% on average depending on client engagements. Immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or workstreams within larger Finance Transformation programs focused on Oracle EPM and FCCS.
• Gather requirements, diagnose finance process issues, and translate needs into solution designs and implementation plans.
• Oversee configuration, rules, testing, deployment, and stabilization for Oracle EPM cloud implementations.
• Develop and present recommendations, approaches, and project updates based on analysis and client discussions.
• Support proposal development and mentor practitioners across engagement delivery.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and lead projects or workstreams.
