Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) Senior/Principal Consultant to deliver Planning and Budgeting solutions for our clients’ transformation journeys. You will configure, implement and test Oracle EPM Cloud Planning modules and help shape cloud delivery plans.

The role requires hands‑on experience with FP&A processes, interacting with customers, and guiding workshops while aligning with Oracle best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years implementing Oracle EPM; 4+ years with Planning and Budgeting.
• Experience with PBCS/EPBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projects.
• Experience integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM.
• PM experience and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Estimate work effort, time, and resources required.
• Coach and lead client and ArcLight project resources.
• Configure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording service requests and closing them.
• Develop prototypes with clients for Oracle Cloud decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend remediations to avoid roadblocks.
• Maintain personal brand by meeting commitments for schedule and quality.
