Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) Senior Consultant to deliver Planning and Budgeting solutions for clients. You will configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, lead workshops, and drive design and implementation with customer interaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation across FP&A, financial close, and forecasting processes, with remote work flexibility for U.S.-based clients and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions.
• 4+ years of implementation experience with Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS).
• Experience with FP&A, financial close, and planning/forecasting processes.
• Hands-on, direct customer interaction: workshops, design, configuration, and training for Oracle Cloud.
• Able to work effectively in a remote model with customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope necessary to achieve client goals and objectives.
• Contribute to estimates of the work effort, time and resources required to deliver the defined scope.
• Help customers align their business with Oracle's leading industry processes.
• Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates.
• Partner with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud and communicate options and rationale.
• Configure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, and manage service requests to closure.
• Identify risks, evaluate options, and remediate to avoid roadblocks.
• Coach and lead project resources to deliver with quality and on schedule.
• Grow skills across Oracle Cloud modules and delivery processes that add value to customers.
