Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced EDI specialist to support EDIFACT/X12 processes and Oracle E-Business Suite integrations. You will translate EDI data, act as the primary contact for Oracle/SI issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate remediation with enterprise teams.

You will maintain EDI environments, develop support processes, and manage trading partner setups to ensure smooth B2B transactions across the ERP stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDIFACT and X12 EDI standards.
• Provide translation support for EDI processes and systems.
• Serve as primary contact for Oracle/SI related support requests.
• Analyze support requests to identify root causes and collaborate with enterprise groups to implement solutions.
• Maintain the integrity of the EDI environments and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation.
