Job summary

All IT Solutions LLC is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join a client engagement in a hybrid role based in Richmond, VA. The position focuses on Oracle E-Business Suite development (12.2+) across multiple modules including AP, GL, Purchasing, HR, and Time and Labor.

You will work with a small team in an Agile environment to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure proper documentation and turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite development
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules: AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, Time and Labor
• Strong PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, JDeveloper, Workflow Builder experience
• Proficiency with Linux and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI is a plus
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications (AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, Time and Labor)
• Translate requirements into database and application solutions
• Work in Agile team to process backlog items and support daily operations
• Document work and provide turnover to client staff
• Perform system administration and production support as needed
