Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, including strong hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA, and accounting control frameworks.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
• Ability to use AI responsibly in enterprise environments, with attention to security, privacy, governance, and the validation of AI-assisted outputs before use in production or business-critical workflows.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, accounting operations, and ERP controls in a public-company or highly regulated environment.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, release coordination, and cross-functional systems initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS integrations, enterprise application architecture, and cloud integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and change management practices within ERP and financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven success working across Finance, IT, vendors, and global cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and a track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and business-focused enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials across accounting-centric processes (GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA).
• Lead solution design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement across accounting processes.
• Apply AI to improve systems analysis, documentation, and efficiency with governance and risk awareness.
• Support end-to-end integrations between Oracle EBS and external enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Accounting stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap with product owners and business leaders.
• Assess and enhance record-to-report and related finance processes for efficiency and controls.
• Ensure SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant processes across the ERP ecosystem.
• Partner with Managed Service Partners and internal teams to improve service delivery and cloud modernization.
