Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. Oracle Functional Analyst to support Oracle E‑Business Suite and implement modules across OM, AP, GL, FA, and more. You will lead requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and design effective solutions that scale globally.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 6–7 years Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL and Oracle tooling, and ability to work across multi‑organization environments. Proven mentoring and training capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years information technology experience with 6–7 years in Oracle EBS.
• Experience with full lifecycle Oracle implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support in global, multi‑organization environments.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as OM, Pricing, AP, GL, FA, and Cash Management.
• Experience with EDI standards and web‑commerce integrations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Oracle certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Configure and test Oracle EBS functionality and enhancements.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate functional activities.
• Coordinate UAT and deliver end‑user training.
• Maintain knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite and related integrations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
