Ampcus Inc. is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Architect to own and evolve the EBS R12 solution across Finance, Procurement, and Projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define modular design patterns, and govern cloud-hosted deployments in collaboration with OCI, security, and middleware teams. You will drive R12.2 patching, ensure ADOP/EBR compliance, and translate complex architectural concepts for executive audiences, while mentoring architects and developers to ensure operational

Qualifications

10 years of Oracle EBS experience with 5 years in architecture or solution-design leadership roles.
Deep expertise in EBS R12, including ADOP, EBR, and cross-module dependencies.
Strong background designing integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and custom staging-table frameworks.
Expertise in Financials, Procurement, Projects, and associated data models.
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, SOD, and audit-driven governance.
Experience leading complex ERP modernization programs or cloud-migration initiatives.
Excellent ability to translate architectural concepts to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution architecture for EBS R12, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, financial controls, and modernization goals.
Define cross-module design patterns and ensure architectural integrity across domains.
Lead design authority reviews for enhancements, integrations, and RICEW objects.
Govern architectural decisions for cloud-hosted environments and coordinate with OCI, middleware, and security teams.
Lead a team of solution architects, functional leads, and senior developers across Financials, Procurement, Projects, and integration domains.
Provide architectural direction to cross-functional workstreams and ensure governance compliance.
Mentor team members and enforce best practices in solution design, documentation, and readiness.
Oversee integration strategy involving OIC, APIs, staging tables, FBDI, and real-time services.
Ensure integration architecture aligns with hosting standards and enterprise plans.
Partner with data, security, and network teams to maintain end-to-end data flows.
Direct planning and execution of R12.2 online patching cycles, ensuring readiness and architectural consistency.
Ensure custom code, integrations, workflows, and bolt-ons meet ADOP requirements.
Oversee performance tuning, scalability planning, and environment design across tiers.
Govern role design, SOD enforcement, audit requirements, and system controls with Finance and GRC teams.
Ensure designs incorporate security-by-design and compliance-ready processes.
Act as senior technical liaison to Finance, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
Support executive planning sessions, architecture reviews, and modernization initiatives.
Produce architectural documentation and executive-readout materials.
