Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Enterprise ERP/Oracle EBS leader to design and optimize finance processes across billing, AR, and subledger. You will drive integrations with SaaS and cloud platforms, shepherd AI-integrated analysis, and ensure SOX controls and strong governance across ERP landscapes.

You will partner with Revenue and Finance stakeholders, shape the Oracle ERP roadmap, and collaborate with IT to modernize ERP and cloud strategies for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years implementing Oracle EBS in large enterprises.
• Deep expertise in AR, CM, SLA, EBTax, Advanced Collections.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience is a plus.
• Ability to apply AI responsibly in enterprise finance environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and ERP controls.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and releases.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across billing, receivables, collections, subledger, and related finance processes.
• Architect and enhance integrations across Oracle EBS Financials, SaaS apps, and cloud platforms.
• Use AI thoughtfully as a force multiplier for systems analysis and documentation.
• Partner with Revenue and Finance to define scalable future-state solutions.
• Help define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap with product owners and business leaders.
• Evaluate and improve existing finance and ERP processes for efficiency and controls.
• Ensure SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant processes across ERP.
• Collaborate with MSPs and internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Partner across Finance and IT to support ERP modernization and cloud transformation.
