Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, CS or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle EBS in large environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA).
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
• Ability to use AI responsibly in enterprise environments with governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle EBS Financials across accounting processes.
• Lead design, configuration, support and improvements across accounting processes.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to improve systems analysis and efficiency.
• Support end-to-end integrations between Oracle EBS and external apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Help define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap with product owners.
• Assess and enhance finance processes for better controls and efficiency.
• Ensure SDLC, change management and SOX-compliant processes across ERP.
