Job summary

Buxton Consulting seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Manufacturing Business Analyst Consultant to join its implementation team. The ideal candidate will lead requirements analysis, design and delivery of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules, including discrete and lot-based manufacturing, BOM, WIP, inventory, quality, and cost management.

You will collaborate with IT, operations, and finance, guide junior analysts, drive testing and documentation, and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation

Qualifications

• 5–7 years as a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle EBS manufacturing modules
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Quality, Cost Management
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; translates business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead cross-functional teams
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS) preferred and Agile implementation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules
• Gather and document business requirements; assess feasibility and recommend solutions
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS applications; conduct gap analyses
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain for integration
• Mentor junior analysts and developers in best practices
• Lead testing: system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Create functional specs, test plans, training materials, and user manuals
