Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking aSenior Oracle Financial Specialist to support RIDOT FMS on Oracle EBS. The role requires deep knowledge of core Oracle Financials modules, including HRMS, Time and Labor, Grants, OTL, and General Ledger, with strong SQL/PLSQL and Unix scripting skills.

The position is onsite in Rhode Island and involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, coordinating with Oracle and DBAs, and delivering enhancements for the FMS system over a one-year project duration.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in core Oracle Financials modules is required.
• Experience with Grants, OTL and HR modules is needed to support RIDOT.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations, upgrades and support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle EBS environments, including concurrent programs and customizations.
• Prepare project plans, estimates, milestones, and test plans; track defects and deliverables.
• Hands-on development and implementation work in Oracle EBS R12.x.
• Coordinate with DBAs and IT teams; monitor progress and manage issues.
